A Friend

I came upon a friend's blog just yesterday.  

Well I don't know this friend very well ,

but I still do consider her a friend.  

She has the kind of blog where you feel you know her.... like a best friend by the time you are done reading all her posts. 

 I spent an hour reading a lot of her blog...and I have to say I love her honesty.  

She is so real! 

 You know those blogs where you read them and then you feel like a terrible person/mom and wife because they are sooo put together and crafty that it makes you sick!  

Ya I can't read a lot of people blogs because of that haha,

BEcause I'm so not put together most of the time. lol

Anyway this friend isn't one of those types.  

She is the type where you feel like...oh ok so I'm not the only one struggling!

But I can have a positive attitude about the crappy things that happen in life.

Her honesty is sooo refreshing!

She has effected me in a positive way,

 I'm very grateful to her for it.  

Oh Such is Life!

I think I should get the worst blogger of the year award! lol 

 I seem to never get over here to my computer to post on my blog.  

Most of the time I think oh I need to post pics of the happenings in my life. 

 You see my husband uses our camera for work he being a real estate appraiser he has to take pics of the houses he inspects....so he usually has the camera at work with him.  

Then just recently our camera got stolen!!  

Stupid me for not uploading our photos sooner!  

I kept thinking I'll get the camera tomorrow and upload thoes pics....BUT tomorrow never came and we lost months worth of pics!  

It's so sad to me I will never be able to get those pics back...feels like memories have been lost. 

 I tell myself oh well it is what it is....now move on. 

 It seems like I have been saying that a lot lately haha.

  Anything and everything that could go wrong,

 has gone wrong theses last few months....no sob story from me though.

  I have to pick up the pieces and move on...which has been difficult to do , 

but it must be done. 

 Now I see the light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully that light will get brighter and brighter!  

I hope this summer will go as excepted...I have plans and I want my plans to work out just the way I planned them! lol 

I will share these plans once I know whether or not they will work out!

Right now I'm just trying to enjoy the weather and take my kids swimming almost everyday.  

Cheers to pools and getting our tan on (with sunblock of course...I'm not trying to get cancer!) and relaxing by the pool with a good book...listening to my kids laugh and play.  

I do get to join in on the fun too...since they still think I'm the coolest thing around. :)

Life as we know it haha

So I'm really not the best blogger but I do like to blog when I actually get around to it! 

 I just don't think my life is very exciting enough to blog about.  

So I'm thinking maybe I should just be more exciting???

  I don't really think I will get more exciting lol   

I have decided I like my life a certain way...the less drama the better!  

I can barely handle my drama and my little girl Audrey's drama. haha

I don't really like doing go go go stuff everyday...I like my days to be mellow and I don't mind if there are days where I don't leave my house!  

It's just the way I am and that's how I like it! lol

I mean I leave my house to take my kiddos to school and such.

But I don't want my days to be busy all day!

I don't know how women do careers and mom, and wife!

Sounds far too busy... and stressful to me.

 But I say go for it if that is what makes you happy!

I love my life,

I keep my house to a decent level of clean, take care of my kids, and make dinner every day.

And quite frankly that is enough for me

 This life I chose may not be easy but it's mine!

 I know I am blessed.

I have a beautiful family,

 I think my kids are pretty much the most awesome kids in the world!

They make my smile and laugh everyday. 

 I have a husband who loves and cares about me.

Fabulous sisters, parents, and brothers!  And Wonderful Friends!

What more can I ask for? :D
