Pics of Carson!

Baby is Finally here!

Ok everyone i finally had Baby Carson! I was supposed to have him on Friday the 26th but we found out the hospital's operating room wasn't open on Friday so they switched the date to Monday the 29th...but i went into labor on Saturday the 27th! So John Carson Mitchell was born 12/26/08 at 7:30 am, weighing 8 lbs 10 oz, and 21 inches long! Yes he is my biggest baby and thank heavens it was a c-section i can't imagine pushing him out...lol The delivery went great no complications. Carson is very healthy and strong and he love love loves to nurse he is always hungry. I think his motto is....If i am awake then i need to be eating! He nurses about every 1 1/2 to 2 hours for at least 10-15 min on each side so i feel like i am always nursing him...lol I am feeling good, i'm a sore but it's bareable and my mom will be here on Thursday to take care of me! Thanks heavens for my mama i don't know what i would do with out her. I get to have her all to myself for a full week I am so excited! I will post pics of the baby later today, Bret has the camera and he's at work so when he comes home i'll post the pics!

I would love a real tree but it's not worth the mess or the money so we go artificial

bret he is so picky and everything he wants is way too expensive

i haven't ever sent out christmas cards i always mean to but never get around to it. i'm so lame.

I always grew up with an angel on top, but we have a star on our christmas tree...but i think i prefer the angel i just dont want to spend the money right now lol

Scheduled

I went to the Doctor today and he finally scheduled the c-section! I can't believe this pregnancy is actually coming to an end, lately i have been feeling like i wouldn't ever actually have this little boy...like i would be preggers forever! But now that i have a date which is Dec.26th i feel like ahhh i am really going to be done and soon! It's only 2 1/2 weeks away, which feels due able....lol compared to 4 weeks which is my actual due date and that sounds horrible...lol I am so excited to be done being preggers and get this little kid here! yay only 2 1/2 weeks!!!

Poor Bret

Since I'm pregnant and in the 3rd trimester I find myself being very moody. So poor Bret is the one that I'm moody towards. I minute he is the best husband ever then the next I'm so mad at him over the littlest things. Like last night when we got home from picking our car up from being serviced I immediately go to the kitchen and start to finish dinner up so we can eat. Meanwhile Audrey is being way too quiet so I ask Bret if he can go check and see where she is and what she is doing. His response is "I just sat down." he said it very nicely and he wasn't saying he wouldn't do it he was just thinking out loud, but i immediately come to the conclusion that he won't look for her and i have to stop what i'm doing to go see what messes Audrey is making and i'm all in a huff about it! Of course he went and found her, but I still stay mad until after we are done eating dinner, and Bret has no idea why I'm mad...lol I explain why i'm mad and he is like but i went and found her, but i say it was your comment "but i just sat down" that made me upset like he can just sit down and i still have to continue being mom and he can just relax! But then I realize i'm over reacting and he didn't mean it the way i took it, and he did go get her. so why was I mad? because i jump to conclusions, and i feel like i can't control my emotions! After we talked I agian realize he is the best husband for me and i love him to death! But this kind of stuff seems to happen all the time lately...so poor Bret.
